My download link has expired, what do I do?
All download from The Crafty Witches website has a natural expiry after 120 hours from point of sale, (5 days). This is for security reasons, to protect both you and us. If, for whatever reason, you haven’t been able to get the download within that time, drop an email, using the email address you used to buy the product, to hello@thecraftywitches.co.uk, and we’ll endeavour to re-activate the original email link as soon as possible for you.
Please drop us an email from your new address, including the original email address, (if you can remember it), your address, and the title of the download. Upon verification, we will arrange to transfer you the title requested from our WeTransfer download centre.
WeTransfer is a trusted file transfer company we use when transfer, or download or titles are not available from our own website.
Again, for both our securities, WeTransfer links are valid for 28 days from creation. If you have been sent a WeTransfer link from us and it displays ‘Transfer Expired’, get back in touch, preferably replying to the email we sent, just so we can investigate why. Don’t worry, we’ll get you sorted regardless, we just need to understand what went wrong, if it wasn't a natural expiry. We will likely send you a fresh download link, which again will be valid for 4 weeks.
