My ‘Crafty Witches’ Account

We look forward to Creating the Magic with you and helping you for a spell in your craft room.
We have many mystical years of experience creating crafty magic, and we are looking forward to many, many more. We have a cauldron full of ideas, ready to brew just the potion to make your magic happen. It isn’t called ‘the craft’ for nothing you know!
How can I access my Crafty Witches purchases?
When you purchase from us we send you an email with a ‘download’ link, but what if you want to double check what you have bought before without scrolling through all those previous mails.
Head to https://www.thecraftywitches.co.uk and hit the ‘My Account Details’
If you are not already signed into your account, (most web browsers will give you the option to remain logged in or at least retain your passwords for you), you will be presented with this screen. Simply pop in the email address you usually use with your Crafty Witches account into the box and we’ll automatically send you a sign-in link.
Now you can see your personal details, your membership status, and manage your communications preferences.
Your purchase history is here also, showing your owned titles, with their order numbers, order totals and whether the download link is still active or not.
From this screen if you browse the site and make your latest purchase.
How can I apply my Crafty Witches discount?
You need to be logged into your account for your Coven Club discount to be applied automatically, there is no ‘code’ needed for that. By following the steps above you can ensure your discount will always be applied when you checkout.
For example, once you have selected your latest crafty kit, or SVG files, you then head to the checkout area,
As you see here you will automatically be awarded the discount level you are entitled to pre-applied; or if you have your Monthly Coven £5 Voucher Code click ‘Redeem…..’
How do I change my personal details?
When you log into 'My Account Detail' you will have the option to change your name, email address and your communication options;
To change or review your phone number and physical address, you will need to go to checkout and where you reach the 'Billing' section, you can change details there;
