Hels Sheridan

Hels has been crafting in one form or another since she was a little girl when she used to spend many a happy afternoon making cards and gifts with her Grandma, often covering herself, her Gran and the cats in glitter. 

From cross stitch to quilting, card making to mixed media, she has always had a passion for all things creative and finds the process of making to be very cathartic, in her words; "it makes my soul happy and keeps my mind active". 

A Certified Ranger Educator, Hels has an in-depth knowledge of inks and the processes behind the many techniques she demonstrates. 

With a great love of the outdoors, Hels loves to spend time walking in the countryside, often finding creative inspiration in the flora and fauna she encounters on her adventures. 

Hels has been demonstrating craft for over a decade and has been a regular guest on shopping TV since 2011 and believes that a day without creativity is a day wasted.
